Stampin' Up!'s Best Friends Forever stamp set came to mind when I was playing with a sketch challenge today. But I wanted to go bright, really bright! And my neighbor needed a greeting card for her best friend. When I saw the sketch challenge and knowing I wanted to go bright, this card came together pretty quickly.
