Big Shot-a-Rama! Day Three!

Diabetics beware... This is super sweet...

Love this die with the Stampin' Up!'s Big Shot!  This is our exclusive Flower Folds XL Bigz Die.  So you do need the Big Shot to run it through, you cannot use the smaller machines with it. 

With our Bigz, you can cut up to 8 layers of fabric at once - can you believe it?  So I layered five different patterns of fabric onto the die and ran it through ONE TIME.  Then it was just a matter of folding and quick sewing.  A button to complete it on top and a hair clip on bottom.  About a 15 minute project with super wow factor!

As promised, check this out...

Take any shirt (and these are perfect projects for when you find a plain shirt on clearance and what to dress it up) and iron Wonder Under on to your fabric.  Crank out the images using your Big Shot and your Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die.  Peel off the paper and iron you butterflies onto your shirt.  And Whammy, Presto - You have a beautiful handmade shirt! 

Option, if you feel like it, top stitch around the butterfly for a different way to dress it up!

And remember, this die is exclusive to Stampin' Up!

If you show me something that is easy to use, make my life easier, and a great way to use scraps of supplies, and I am sold.  That is exactly how I feel with my Big Shot Die Cut Machine from Stampin' Up! 

How do I love my Big Shot, let me count the ways....

First, I love that it does not have a plug.  Plug=work (ie, vacuum, toaster, etc).  All play, no work.

Second, incredibly easy!  If you can turn a handle, you can use it.  Everyone from my 3 year old to my 96 year old Nancy (one of my stampers) can use this!

Third, awesome quality!  Because it is from Stampin' Up!, you can trust that the quality will be higher than any other machine you find at a craft store.

Fourth, SCRAPS!!!  From cardstock to fabric, this is fantastic for scraps!  It has revolutionized the way I look at left over supplies!

BUTTERFLY BAG!

This precious bag is super easy to make and so much fun to use!  You need pieces, literally, small pieces of coordinating fabric.  Stampin' Up!"s Butterfly Die, our cutting plates (that come with your Big Shot when you order it from me) and Wonder Under (fusible webbing), and iron and a bag.

1.  Apply Wonder Under to your fabric with your iron. 

2.  Place your fabric over the images of the Butterflies on your die.

3.  Crank it out with the Butterfly die and your Big Shot.

4.  Iron into place.

5.  ENJOY!

Last night at Karen's Party, (which was a ton of fun, she has great friends!  It was good to see the ladies that I have met before and also to meet some new stampers), one lady asked about this set and the punches that work with it.

This is probably my favorite SAB set from Stampin' Up! this year, Vintage Labels.  And the reason I love it is because it works with punches which are my top of the list accessories.  I always think of this stamp going with the scallop circle punch, and really have only used it that way... until today.  I really think I like it better in our 1 3/4" circle punch better now.  You really get to see all the detail.  And this card is perfect for the men in our lives too!

Holy Free Stamps Batman!!!

Wowsers!  I am always motivated by free stamps.  I have stood in a chair and gone crazy over free stamps.  And this was never something that I would have done in my pre-stamping life, but something that over the past few years I have been guilty of many, many times. 

AND...  It is INCREDIBLE to see how many of you also love free stamps!  This Sale-a-Bration has been so much fun!  I have received many emails and phone calls from my stampers that are loving their free punch, their free Whimsical Words stamp set, Vintage Labels, and so on and so on.  And this delights my heart more than you will ever know!!  And you know, Stampin' Up! stamps are the best!  (Especially when you get them for FREE!)

I have been a busy little demonstrator making sure that everyone is getting all the free stamps that they want.  And it has been a blast!!!  I so wish I could play a voice mail I received yesterday, but here is a brief synopsis...

Inspiration in Action!

Team Member Excitement!

One of the best parts of my business is my team.  These ladies are demonstrators in my group that have started their own stamping business.  They are such a blessing in so many ways - I never would have met any of them if it were not for Stampin' Up!  Over the past two months, I have added many to my group, and we have been busy getting them all started!  (so excuse the lack of posts!)

Most of the time, I really do not post much about these ladies on this blog.  But as this has been a huge area of my business, I really want to share some highlights with you!

This is the group that was at my training meeting this past Sunday.  Several were absent as they were having Stampin' Up! workshops on that day.  And many of them do not live in the area, or state for that matter.

So here are some woohoo's...

Kim is working hard and WILL ACHIEVE Alaskan Cruise from Stampin' Up!  This is the first year she has tried for it and look at her!

Diana promoted the day of our meeting!  And then hit another level AGAIN on Wednesday!

Just yesterday one of you (my faithful reader's) contacted me about being a demonstrator in my group.  She asked if it was easy to become a demonstrator and the answer is YES!  And remember that our starter kit is on sale right now with extra perks since it is Sale-a-Bration time.
